From the hospitality and kindness of the owner, the cleanliness of the apartment, the contents in it, the comfort of the bed, all the way to the nearest beach (pictures below - not even a minute's walk from the apartment), which is mostly visited only by the hosts (there is no crowd, which suits us), and the cleanliness of the same beach is on a solid level, everything was great. The air conditioner works perfectly without any problems, the owner also provided a coil against mosquitoes. There is also a terrace with a beautiful view. There is no noise, we did not hear the church bell at all. The owner helped us with the choice of restaurants, nearby attractions, they even provided us with a boat ride to Gospa od Škrpjela, which pleasantly surprised us.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment! The place was very clean and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly friendly and communicative, always quick to respond to any questions I had and ensuring that my stay was perfect. Whole staff was so friendly! They really made us feel welcome and helped us with all the questions we had. Couldn't hope for better hosts. We stayed the whole week and there was something different and tastefull for breakfast for all mornings. Hotel and rooms were modern and clean. There is a nice pool on top of building with good view over Kotor bay. While there, remember to try their Mojitos :) !

One of the best places i have stayed in during my visits to Montenegro, Irina and her husband were the nicest people, they were very nice and super helpful, the apartment was one of the cleanest places Ive stayed in, the location and the view are more than perfect, one night wasn’t enough definitely coming back again for a longer period

Excellent location, in the middle of Perast,with sea in front of the house and restaurants and market nearby. Elegant location, luxury standards and with all you can need. The host is very attentif with any small detail. Extremly clean.Lots of towels and also hygenical products are offered. The host and the family of the host are soulfull people , they helped us a lot and made us feel welcome and have a beautiful vacation.Everywhere in Perast local people are very nice and ready to help and hospitable. One of the best vacation I had and really I travelled a lot. I fully recommend and I can't wait next Summer to come again.

    Our stay at the Seaside Village was totaly amazing. The conversation before is absolutely easy, courteous an oriented to the guests. The rooms are modern, clean and well decorated. Everything is made with love and the host couple is so lovely and nice. They gave us tipps for a party nearby. I can warmly recommend a stay here. Everything was perfect.
