The location of this cabin is quite far from the main town, but for good reason, as the view from up here is amazing! When we arrived at the cabin, Roshan our host, was there to welcome us and show us the beautiful cabin space. Two rooms with king sized beds, and at the attic there were another two king sized beds. In total, it was possible to sleep 8 people. Needless to say, it was so spacious and comfortable for my group of 3. As we were hungry by the time we reached the cabin, Roshan offered to order food delivery for us and we all had some chicken rice with vegetables for our dinner which was great after a long day of traveling by car. The cabin space has very accessible balconies where you can watch the sunrise from, and at the attic you could even watch them from the bed or sofa if you wished. There are staircases to climb here, but the team was able to help us with our luggage no problem. The whole space is quite self contained, with a working kitchen, hot water in the bathroom, and enough blankets to keep us warm throughout the night. We also had a very tasty breakfast and they were able to accommodate to my diet (gluten free and dairy free). We also had fresh flowers in every room, which is a beautiful touch! All in all I would highly recommend this hotel because it is a unique spot located at a secluded location which gives you privacy, and amazing views.

Wonderful home with courteous staffs. Food was awesome. Mr Johnson was very helpful and accomodative to all our request. They even made a sweet balloon decorations and prepared a cake for my parents anniversary.. We were all truly touched. Exceptional service from our host Jeewantha who fed the wood fire at night in the lounge, answered all our questions, made sure we were well fed and very comfortable in this beautiful, timeless get away. Much nicer than staying in the big hotel, we had personalised service and beautiful accommodation. Easy walk into town for amenities and short tuk tuk rides to the hiking starting points. We had a day and a half and took in a stroll through town to see the old buildings of the Police Station and the Post Office before a drink at the Golf Club. The second day, we hiked to Lovers Leap, descended through the Pedro tea workers housing estate towards Gregory’s Lake. Got distracted and headed to Hill Club for tea on the lawn.
