All very clean, very friendly and welcoming. A lovely big Japanese room with clean futon sets. Onsen is not too big but clean and not too busy. The dinner and breakfast were so well made, with all local ingredients, could see and taste all prepared with great care. We also loved the fact that it was so healthy and not too heavy. Coffee at their lovely Japanese breakfast was a real bonus too!

The attention from the host was really great, he even gave us some some recommendations. The place is really nice and has a good location. If you go by public transportation really make sure about the bus schedule, we almost lost the last bus.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it was a fantastic experience. We had access to the entire house, and all the facilities were included, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s location is beautiful! The room was big and the beds were super comfortable. The hot spring was such a good experience, very relaxing. The staff were very sweet and approachable.

We loved everything! The onsen was absolutely amazing — it had everything: lotions, creams, indoor and outdoor baths at perfect temperatures. The lounge clothing provided was both comfortable and stylish, and added to the relaxing experience. There was a stargazing night tour, a kids’ room, and the staff gave excellent, thoughtful service. Plenty of seating areas, a convenience store right inside the hotel, and a great gift shop — even selling the same products used in the onsen! The dining experience was the most incredible we had during our entire stay in Japan. It was colorful, diverse, with unique small chef dishes alongside a generous buffet, including fresh fruit (which is rare!). Guests could even take food back to their rooms. The location was excellent, overlooking the lake with a walking path that led us straight to the hotel.
