We really enjoyed our stay. Shingu was really calm and the people in the town where genuinely very kind and wanted to have a chat with you. The hostel was super clean and the hostel owners where extremely nice and helpfull. We used this hostel as the location for a trip to nachi and sightseeing in shingu itself, I would recommend staying for more than one night, we w here glad we did. (Also, the beds where really nice, we slept well)

The guesthouse is conveniently located near Kumano Hayatama Taisha and the bus stop, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The house is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The owner is exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to assist me when I had an accident, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting the area.

It was beautiful, for me it was like experiencing living Japanese style house. Loved the futon, so comfortable. The host lady was lovely and friendly.

The host was super friendly and hospitable. Amazing homemade ramen and sushi were served with heart. Very organized and spotless in the house we live in, which looks like a restaurant turned accommodation - but comfy enough! With such good price, this went well above exceptional!
