Genuinely the best place I’ve ever stayed, the view of mt Fuji was incredible. Being able to see me fuji from bed. The food from the bbq was varied, high quality and a good amount. Breakfast was also delicious. The hot baths were great and the staff were very helpful and explained everything via google translate.

Dinner was very good with lots of choices. Everyone was dressed on traditional Japanese robes that he hotel provided, I didn't expect people to wear to dinner and breakfast. Onsen was very good and clean and provided lots of amenities. Loved the views, absolutely gorgeous

the meals were simply amazing.. in so many courses I had to turn down the last course (dessert). The onsen/spa was peaceful, people friendly (I only used the common female spa). The room was comfortable and I loved the dressing gown.. took me only one meal to realise that I could wear it to the dining room!

Everything was so great, the staff took care of us, brought our luggage on our upstairs room, everyone was so friendly. Dinner and breakfast was amazing, a little challenge as many things were raw but the flair, presentation and the taste was amazing. Also the private onsen and the onsen on our terrace were for free and perfect for relaxing. We would definitely go there again! Absolutely loved it!
