Holiday Rentals in Fukuchiyama

Food was excellent. Fantastic views. Gorgeous traditional room.. Plus the hosts were lovely people.

It is old building with modernization facility. Good kitchen and air condition and the parking lot is nearby also. It have a beautiful small courtyard and you can take very good portrait. just 10~15mins walking time that you can visit Higashiyoshihara. Actually, I visit East Maizuru Brick Park in the 1st day and west Maizuru for 2nd day. It is good and comfortable house for me.

The accommodation was great and very good value for money. Hiro was incredibly helpful and went way beyond what you would expect from a host.

The warmth and hospitality was amazing - I had a lovely time & lovely chats. Felt really at home. The food was beautifully prepared and very generous - got to try sundried rice harvested from their own paddy across from the house (how special is that!?) and home-made plum liqueur, various pickles, and dishes I hadn't tried before all with local ingredients (so good!). After dinner curled up by the fire with a book and desert. The house itself is very charming and my tatami cozy. The walk from Furuyama back to Ayabe was really worth doing, the mountain is magic. As was the Tea ceremony, it felt really authentic and the lady who was my Tea Master (i forgot her name) was incredibly elegant, knowledgeable and generous. I wish I could have stayed longer; I will definitely be back!

Every dish was a masterpiece – fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and beautifully presented. The surrounding nature of Chabi Dining brings a deep sense of peace and relaxation. The beautiful, green landscapes create a tranquil setting, perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. All the local attractions and recommendations from the hosts were exactly as described and absolutely amazing. Every visit to these places added something special to our experience. Even the activities offered on-site were top-notch and perfectly suited to our interests. I would happily return to Chabi Dining! It’s a place where tradition meets warm hospitality, and where the combination of nature, outstanding cuisine, and an authentic atmosphere create an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

The host is very responsive to communication via booking.com app. She uses a translation device to do face to face communication with us. She is very kind to share with us her home grown persimmon.

Twinkle Villa is truly a gem. Getting to spend many days in this lovely, lovely house in the charming rural environment was pure joy and adventure for a city dweller like me. Even cycling to the supermarket was so much fun :) The house has everything you'd need: spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen; living area with fire-place, and gardens - with incredible view of the trees, farmland and mountains. There are very good restaurants nearby with unique offerings. The hosts are kind, very responsive and extremely accommodating. Thank you!
