We were transferred into Hasan 2, which is a camp a short drive away but set in amazing place surrounded by a high wall of wadi rum mountains. In front of us was a picturesque backdrop of Wadi Rum desert which you can enjoy in a swingchair. The place was great for watching stars at night. It was very nice to share this special place with other travellers. Dinner was amazing! It was a spectacle by itself. Fun and helpful staff.

Our host was very kind and he delivered everything we agreed upon (and more). The camp is small (only 5 tents) which is great if you want privacy and peace. The tent has everything you need- bathroom with shower, shampoo, shower gel, towels and toilet paper. The bed is big and clean. We loved the terrace in front of the tent (not many camps have such a terrace). The food was great, cudos to the chef! We booked 5h jeep tour from this camp which was excellent. We also took camel ride in the morning which turned out to be perfect. Thank you Mohammad for hosting us and making our stay in Wadi Rum unforgettable :)

If you are heading to Wadi Rum, the could camp is the place to be! We were picked up free of charge from the Wadi Rum Visitor Center by Abdullah and Hassin. Even the ride to the Cloud Camp was an adventure in itself. Just opt for sitting outside on the back of the pick up truck and enjoy the stunning view on the way going through the desert. We have even spotted a black camel on the way. A great opportunity to take some pics and videos as well. Once you arrive in the camp you will be welcomed with some baduine tea at the check in. We have booked the round tents wich are equipped with an AC and an ensuite bathroom. Through the round front window you can enjoy a stunning view of the desert and the surrounding rock formations. And even do some stargazing at night. When you walk between the tents you will literally feel like on another planet. Abdullah and Hassin were also our guides. We recommend the sunset tour as you can experience the desert in the day light and also at the sunset. It was a private tour, so we were given as much time as we wished at each stop, Hassin showed us around and told us about every site we visited. Apart from seeing a cave with ancient scriptures and a giant stone mushroom we also were shown how to make a baduine make-up. When we arrived at the last stop we were offered to go zip lining between the dunes for a reasonable price and there was also an option to go sandboarding. We were right on time to enjoy the sunset and some complimentary tea. After that we were taken on an incredible ride back by the dawn. They also offer star gazing tours if you wish to experience the desert by night. The dinner was an experience in itself because before it starts you will be shown outside how it has been prepared. In the morning you can enjoy a breakfast with a mountain view. We woke up for the sunrise and were rewarded with a desert view surrounded by rock formations and hotair ballons. Wish we could wake up to this view everyday.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The night sky view and the sunrise view from our tent were amazing. As for the activities, we took a 2-hour safari for the sunset, and it was beautiful. Additionally, the stargazing activity at night was also a very impressive experience for us. We would like to thank our guides and the hotel owners — everything was wonderful.

The location was amazing right on the side of the desert. Amazing staff. Everybody so helpful. Provided us a great experience to take in the desert. Tour of the desert was amazing. We got to see all of Wadi Rum and take in the sunset. Took a sunset camel ride right from the igloo. The host is a local so knows all the ins and outs of the area. He is extremely honest and goes above and beyond for his guests. He recommended guides for us in Petra and arranged pickup. He even drove us to the Dead Sea (!). He was able to provide us local knowledge of the area and tell us stories from the area. HIs nephew gave us an amazing tour of the desert allowing us to take in the desert while enjoying tea and watching the sunset. Enjoyed shisha at night taking in the desert sky! Room was great. Perfect for a couple. Provides all the accommodations that you would need. The food was amazing providing all we could want, turkish coffee, bedouin tea, pasta, etc. The breakfast was great! A lot of the igloos in the area are far too numerous so you don't get any privacy at the various camp grounds in the area. Wild Oryx only has 4 igloos so you won't have to deal with a lot of people. This place really does go above and beyond for you! Definitely amazing!!!
