It was really exceptional, much nicer than in the photos as it was recently refurbished and super comfortable (including good bed) and well equipped kitchen. The view is the best in town and the sunsets priceless.

Close to everything, but you had to have a car, there is nothing within walking distance, everything you need is within ten minutes drive, getting to the beach is about five minutes. The breakfast was in a bar and was good, Coffee and brioche, but you had to drive and parking is difficult. The room was small but had everything we needed, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was very easy in the grounds of the building. Considering the price the whole stay was very good. The owner was friendly and helpful.

    Very nice apartment, well furnished, very clean and fully equipped. The location is very quiet, ideal for enjoying relaxation on the deckchairs in the very pleasant patio or in the garden. In a few minutes on foot you can still reach the center of the village, a truly excellent location! The private car park in front is very useful, because there are no free parking spaces around, they are all paid.

    Villa Luisa is wonderful. It is located right on the beach with a beautiful front and back garden - the jasmine smelled amazing. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the room and bathroom was incredibly clean. Perfect for a few quiet days to relax.

    Beautiful place, only 2km to Sperlonga village, you could walk 500m to the beach, free bikes if you don’t want to walk. The woman and her family that run the place are just wonderful people, if I ever go back I would stay here

    We loved our stay at Villa Maria. Federica was fantastic looking after us!! Helped with our transport and taxi issues from Fondi to Sperlonga which we really appreciated!! All the staff went out of there way to help and were so welcoming. Breakfast was also fantastic out in the garden area.

    Villa Maria luxury suites offered us everything we were seeking: a spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated room with a fantastic terrace with a view of the beach! It honestly exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful too— assisting us with all of our restaurant, lido and taxi reservations. To top it all off, breakfast was varied with both sweet and savory options (no eggs on offer though but we didn’t mind as there were some warm options such as quiche)— very satisfying!
