Lady owner was wonderful and welcoming. Breakfast was served on the yard with lush plants. Breakfast was actually too sweet for us, however it was great to try all the Sardegna sweets, cakes and cookies. Could not do it every day.

We stayed there for a week, and it was a really nice place. The room was nice, and it had aircondition which was great. It also had a mini frigde with water, which was much needed in the heat. The hosts were super nice, and very helpful. The location was great too, it took only a couple of minutes to walk to the center of selargius, and there was a lot of restaurants in the area.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Andrea, the host, made us feel incredibly welcome. His attention to detail and constant care, offering a variety of food, drinks, and snacks, ensured we were comfortable and well-fed throughout our stay. One aspect that must be highlighted is the sheer beauty of this place, which the pictures simply don't do justice. The elegant décor, cozy ambience, and pristine surroundings combine to create an experience that is both luxurious and homely. The location is nothing short of spectacular – you are quite literally living on the beach. Waking up to the soothing sound of waves and the tranquil views of the sea was a daily delight. This idyllic setting, coupled with the B&B's charm, makes it a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This delightful haven in Cagliari has now become our new favorite place, and we are eagerly anticipating our return. Our heartfelt thanks to Andrea for making our stay not just a trip but a memorable experience. His warmth and exceptional hospitality have left a lasting impression on us. See you soon!

    Big, clean, spacious rooms with modern design and amenities. Very comfy beds. The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.

    I really enjoyed my stay at this villa, it exceeds my expectation, all was so lovely. The location was good, in a quiet neighborhood ,next to express roads, with a big supermarket about 200 meters from location, the room was so clean, smells so fresh, all the things was brand new, I really enjoyed my interactin with Anna, she gave me very good information about all that I ask for . So everything was so great .

    This was my second time at Villa il Vento e il Mare and I feel like home when staying at this property. Nadia and her daughter Michaela are very nice and welcoming people. The room was comfortable and quiet. There is the possibility to use the kitchen to make coffee (provided) for breakfast and also relax in the lovely garden. The little dogs Greta and Gary are adorable and playful! I will return again! : )
