I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful property La pietra di sersa and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms by the incredibly friendly owner, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The location of the property is ideal for anyone looking to explore the beautiful Ligurian coast. Just a short drive from both La Spezia and Portovenere, it offers the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. Whether you're planning to visit the Cinque Terre, enjoy the local beaches, or explore the charming towns in the area, this location serves as an excellent base. One of the standout features of this property is its immaculate cleanliness. Every corner of the house was spotless, making it a very comfortable place to relax and unwind. The attention to detail in maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness is truly commendable. In addition to being clean, the property is incredibly peaceful. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it offers a serene environment. The quiet surroundings made it easy to enjoy a good night's sleep and wake up refreshed each morning. Overall, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of a great location, a super friendly owner, impeccable cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay near La Spezia and Portovenere. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

Absolute cleanliness in the room. It was super clean and tidy. The heating was warm and the bed comfy. I like that the owner Andrea texted me before we arrived and sent video instructions. The room was 2 blocks from the trains and 15mins walk to the sea and pier. La Spezia has a surprisingly cosy city centre where you can see all sorts of shops, a great place to stopover to explore the Cinque Terre.

Awesome property! We stayed here before hiking though the famous 5 towns near by. It was much more affordable and I was stoked about the accommodation when we arrived. Clean, cozy, and filled with extra personal touches. Would stay again!

Everything was great! The room was beautiful and spacious, well-thought and designed and on a very high standard! The bed was comfortable and with a “real” blanket. The location was excellent - at walking distance from the train station as well as to the center. Communication was very polite and smooth. We absolutely recommend this place!

The location was simply great-6 min to the railway station, 1 min to the main square with restaurants, cafes, shops; 15-20 min to the harbour. The flat had all amenities that you needed, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom clean and modern, the bedroom with a big comfortable bed and one pull-out armchair. Additionally, the host left a surprise for us which was really nice of her. After our check-out we could leave the suitcase and we really appreciated it as we had an evening flight back home. In the evenings it was a little bit cool but the host left some blankets :) I really recommend it!
