The place was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The furniture is in good shape. Parking is on the street, but there's always a free spot.

Apartment is very nice,modern,new, spacious and very well equipped .We appreciate a lot that there was some coffee, milk,mineral water,juice and also some sweet bakery for the breakfast (what is not common at all).The owner was so nice,he accepted our late arrival and he came to meet us personally.The location of apartment and the neighborhood is very good and safe,it is quiet close to the centre of Parma.We strongly recommend it to everybody and we would be happy to come here again .
