Thanks to the owner of the house in Pontasieve, Alessio. We settled in very well thanks to Alessio's accurate recommendations. I can praise the communication with the host, he was always available and responded to all of our questions quickly. We really liked that the apartment is spacious, there are two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large kitchen and a large room with TV and fireplace 👍 there is everything you need, lots of dishes, dishwasher and everything you might need in the bathroom. This is not the first time we visit Tuscany, but this time we really liked the house we stayed in, Pontassieve is a very beautiful town and the apartment is located in the historic center. There is a pastry store, pharmacy and Coop grocery store within walking distance. When we arrived there was also a market in the square where we could buy local vegetables, fruits and even a fresh fish. Thank you very much Alessio, it was an unforgettable experience to spend time in your house.

The central location was perfect for us as pilgrims walking the Cammino Di San Francesco, with ease of entry from a link of our phone and lovely spacious room with bathroom. The COOP was just a short walk away for supplies and the bed was super comfortable. On such a hot day the air conditioning was also a welcome relief 🥰

Great authentic cozy appartment nearby Florence. Equipped with all necessary staf. Really comfortable to explore Florence. The host was amazing, provided us with city maps, instructions about parking, marked all key sights. Vividly described the sity tour and where to eat during it. Provided us with all necessary places to visit during our furhter rout across Italy. She really loves Italy and can talk about it for a long time. Very pleasant homemade welcom gifts were given Free parking on the territory. The only dissapointment that we stayed only for one night. There are much more to see for a longer period. Pay attention that there is no AC only fans, if it is too hot ouside.

The hostesses were very kind and helpful right from the start. They were very lively and full of hospitality. The breakfast was amazing and very much worth the price. Everything was their own product, homemade. We were also served omelet with bacon. We arrived a few hours before check-in, yet the room was ready for us. Perfect.

    The 'Big Bang'/top of building suite at the top was spectacular. The room was beautiful with a fab view. The in-house hotel/villa food was more than acceptable and we ate their twice during our 4 day stay. This was partially because going into Pontassieve, parking, then going into Florence wasn't the most economical way of doing this. Luckily their food is fantastic. The bed was more than fine, the view, as mentioned, was great.

    Beautiful location in the Italian countryside, small charming village and stunning views. Wonderful service and we got an invitation to an amazing barbecue night by Giovanni. Don't forget to visit the ice cream bar in the village.

    I would totally recommend this villa, it is located on a hill near the center of Florence, it is very calm and relaxing. The staff is very welcoming and they have a very good breakfast too.

    Super location from the train station in a very pretty Tuscan village which makes a great alternative to the overpriced Florence . If you are inter railing their are regular train connections . There is a very good Coop supermarket in town which has a hot food counter. The room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely courtyard garden

    Everything was great ! Lovely and ultra cleaned accommodation in a tiny village. Everything you need is in there, and the host is very helpful, in a fluent english. Great location to explore this very interesting area in Tuscany. And, if you use the train, it will take you 30 minutes (and less than 3 euros) from the accommodation to the heart of Florence. Do not hesitate : book it right now !
