Great value for money, great location ( not far from the highway). The house is clean, spacious, beautifully furnished. There are even two toilets. There is everything you could need- from a coffee machine with capsules to shampoos. Walking distance to the town, where you can find COOP shop, restaurant, pharmacy. We even went for a walk round the town - the surrounding area is also beautiful. The hosts were really nice and friendly, they left some fruit, bottles of water and milk for us. We really enjoy our stay and will return.

We spent the last part of our honeymoon here and it was the best choice ever. Dreamy garden with tons of space, comfortable bedroom and bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette. Everyday Irene baked a cake for her quests to have for breakfast. You could ask for a fresh omelette or toast and the coffee was great. Both Gabriele and Irene's hospitality was beyond anything we have ever experienced. They both gave us tips, chatted with us in the morning, kept checking if everything is okay and were overall very kind. Their dog Mia and cat Ragú made excellent company too :-)

    We loved it here! Great place, very beautiful, the pool was amazing and clean with a great view. Enough to do and see in the nearby villages to stay here for a couple of days. The rooms were clean and tidy and we had a housekeeper resheet our beds and clean our room each morning, which was unexpectedly nice.

    Excellent location in the mountains for a relaxing holiday. Within driving distance to Bologna, Florence and Venice. Very close to nice hikes. Beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, with all amenities to feel at home.

    The quiet village location was great, and we were able to get out for lots of walks around the area. We were upgraded from a dorm room to a private room for no additional cost, as they were so quiet, which suited us perfectly. The whole place was clean and comfortable.
