We stayed here for 3 nights and I would say that the place is great. The place is really clean, they actually tidy our room everyday. It has a very nice view, private parking and private entrance and terrace. Breakfast is very nice. Lots of choices. I especially like the little jar of jams. It’s delicious. The owner of the place is very friendly. There’s an electric kettle in our room and a fridge with bottled water which they fill up daily.

very nice place, we were there only one night on our journey on the via degli Dei, which is a pity because it looked like a nice spot to spend some relaxing time. We asked to have dinner there and they brought it to us in the apartment, it was very homey and very good. After such a long walk it was nice way to relax.

A beautiful peaceful setting in the countryside on the southern aspect of Bologna. A lovely taste of traditional italian country living. Easy access to Bologna via train. Car definitely needed though to get to station and shops. Pool was refreshing (mountain water) Wonderful hosts.

    We loved it here! Great place, very beautiful, the pool was amazing and clean with a great view. Enough to do and see in the nearby villages to stay here for a couple of days. The rooms were clean and tidy and we had a housekeeper resheet our beds and clean our room each morning, which was unexpectedly nice.

    Excellent location in the mountains for a relaxing holiday. Within driving distance to Bologna, Florence and Venice. Very close to nice hikes. Beautiful villa, tastefully decorated, with all amenities to feel at home.

    The quiet village location was great, and we were able to get out for lots of walks around the area. We were upgraded from a dorm room to a private room for no additional cost, as they were so quiet, which suited us perfectly. The whole place was clean and comfortable.
