The B&B is located in a very calm surrounding on a hill. The owner spontaneously cooked a very delicious dinner for us, since we had a problem with one of our bikes on our way uphill and were unable to drive to a restaurant for dinner. However, you should tell her in advance that you would like to have dinner there so she can prepare for this. Also the breakfast was amazing and the host herself was one of the nicest we ever had. The whole building is furnished and decorated with so much love and detail. I would definitely recommend a stay, if you like good food and antique furniture.

Very nice and friendly place in a hilly area. Nice locality and good mountain views. Very good breakfast. Nearby you find a very good restaurant specializing in wild mushrooms and other Italian dishes. The restaurant is rated by the customers as the best in a region and we share this opinion. The place is dog friendly. The parking is free and easy. Good value for money. It may be recomended both for a short rest during long trp and for a longer stay, if you like to walk around and enjoy the views.

This is definitely the most amazing stop during our 9-day trip in Italy, and this is the only stop I feel like writing a comment. Everything is simply unforgettable. We arrived late at night, but Stefano still waited for us with huge hospitality. He even helped us asking whether the restaurants were still open because we cannot speak Italian. For a senior man working so late is not trivial. I read other people's comments, and I agree on all the points such as comfortness, cleanness, spaciousness, modernness of the bathroom in an historic villa, etc. Everything positive. I just would like to add that from many details, Stefano and his wife as the designer of the interior, are really welcoming the guests. They not only provided the necessary stuffs, but also arranged them with care by think in advance how the guests would need them. For example, for the first time I saw that the clean bathroom towels were already hung there instead of being folded. I felt that they would like their guests to enjoy the maximum convenience during their stay. Even though we arrived late, Stefano still patiently demonstrated to us how to use the gas stove, even though it was really unlikely that we would need it. One would definitely feel welcome by being treated by him as well as by enjoying the interior design. Our daughter enjoyed her stay without willing to leave. I would provide my utmost recommendation to this villa. The only thing that was a bit regretful is that my wife could not enjoy very well despite such a nice villa, because she is allergic to the pollen and she sneezed a lot during her stay. But this further demonstrates that Stefano and his wife really decorate the villa with great beauty and sincerity. This was a great stay for us. I would very much like to come back again.

Very nice and quiet location in the mountains. Just 30+ min from the motorway. We had excellent homemade food for both dinner and breakfast. The hosts were very helpful and open to talk. We wish we could stay longer.

Unforgettable hospitality and a magical atmosphere – we will be back! My 8-year-old son and I stayed at this wonderful farm from June 8th to 12th, and it was simply an unforgettable experience! Traveling by train, we were incredibly touched by the care of our hosts. The hosts, Titti and Willy, are people with huge hearts! From the very first moment, we felt their incredible kindness and attentiveness. They were a great help in getting us to the Rocchetta Mattei castle, which was the main goal of our trip, and for that, a special huge thank you to them! What can be said about the house itself? It's simply a fairytale! Incredibly beautiful, authentic, with a long history, it is decorated with such love and taste that literally every corner breathes the care and hard work of its owners. Impeccable cleanliness and order. The entire house is adorned with paintings and photographs of horses – the main passion of Titti and Willy. And there are also two charming dogs living here: the incredibly friendly Olympia and Olivia with her own character, as well as four lovely cats who added to the coziness of our stay. On the farm grounds, there are stables with thoroughbred horses from Mongolia and Switzerland (the true pride of the hosts!) and chickens, which provide the freshest eggs for breakfast. The breakfasts were delightful: the freshest farm eggs, aromatic coffee and tea, delicious Italian meat delicacies and cheeses, as well as a large selection of sweets for every taste, fresh fruit, and juice. My son was thrilled! The nature around the farm is a separate pleasure! Incredible views of the valley, the purest air that invigorates you, and birds that sing practically around the clock – a true balm for the soul. Titti and Willy treated us not just as guests, but like family; they were always ready to help and offer advice.

We LOVED everything about this place! Franco and Paola were the most wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts and the house and rooms are absolutely stunning. After a long day's hiking on the Via Degli Dei, Franco very kindly offered to pick us up in Monzuno to bring us to the house, he was so friendly and kind. We had amazing rooms with comfy beds and hot showers. We ate the most delicious home cooked meal in the restaurant, very fresh ingredients, amazing clementinas! Franco also took us back to our route the next day after a lovely breakfast and taught us a lot about the local area. We can't wait to back!

    The place is fabulous, as is the hostess. Everything was comfortable, and extravagantly so. The multi-talented hostess prepared and served us an outstanding breakfast. Most importantly, she is a people person who takes great interest in her guests, and also a highly accomplished artist and restorer of antiques. She has fully restored the historic house into a villa which is lavishly furnished and decorated with her pastels and paintings as well as her restored antiques.

    This Bed n Breakfast is phenomenal. The area is beautiful and quiet, the personnel are very kind and the breakfast is just phenomenal! Everything you eat is local. The honey comes from a neighbor, the bread is from the local village, they even have a whole block of Parmesan cheese! Good food, a nice view and some ambient music makes the mornings here really special.
