We arrived here on 7th October this month when the attack started in tel aviv we were at, that morning. The manager was very helpful and for anything I asked him for, from a bomb shelter to a stuff we run out, he was immediately replying and arriving to us as soon as possible. Made me feel even so an ease, that during the horrible time in there I didn’t even feel the need to go to the bomb shelter (as a person who is not used to this -we are from England) he said that the flat we were in, is safe already. It was clean and had everything I needed -a full body mirror (so I know how my clothes look when going out lol), hair drier, washing machine, iron board, cooking facilities, lovely air conditioner! And a shower room so spacious and beautiful! Supermarkets close by. Would definitely stay again in the future when things go calm as we couldn’t explore everything because of the war, some places was not safe to go. So we definitely come back :) Thank you for our lovely stay Ichai and we hope and pray you and loved ones are safe 🙏🏻

Absolutely the best experience I have had with lodging in any of the three continents I’ve travelled so far. Elegant, thoughtful and bespoke environment to enjoy Jerusalem in. Everything was thought of—even a sewing kit. This lovely space featured design details connected to the region’s history such as decorative tiling and iron design, but also had modern flair. The apartment was newly renovated and had everything you needed. The finishes were elegant and the room was spacious. The service from first booking to checking out was the best I had so far in Israel. So friendly and helpful, with recommendations to local sights and restaurants. .We had a great 2 nights stay in the "lemon" unit the location is very good and quiet with a lovely garden with many types of trees. owner and family helped a lot with information about Abu-Gush interesting places and places to eat.a special remark about the cleanliness of the appartment and all its facilities and the magicial shower room with an extra hot water all day/ night and its strong water jet twice during our stay we were suprised with big plate full of fresh fruits from Nabila and husband the balcony is also very nice comfortable and pleasant !!!i would highly recommend this apartment for everyone
