Everything! Quiet location but still walkable to main area of Tullamore. The property and building are gorgeous. The Hosts, Frank & Claire, were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend chatting with Frank, he'll tell you some really awesome stories! Beautiful room with comfy bed and an excellent shower. The common room was really welcoming and nicely furnished. Unbelievable breakfast too! Highly recommend!!

Amazing from start to finish. Hot tea and cake by the fire upon check-in, a palatial bedroom, a wonderful Irish breakfast, and Declan was kind enough to show us around the farm and introduce us to their brood of pigs. I wish we could have stayed longer !

I can't recommend this guest house highly enough! The host is very accommodating and the house is lovely. It's in a wonderful location - about a 20 minute walk to town - so it's nice and quiet. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I totally enjoyed my stay!
