Great amenities, very clean and the location was absolutely amazing. The owner came over the second day to make sure we were enjoying our stay which was lovely. The accommodation is only 10 minutes or so from Enniscorthy. We loved using the fireplace in the evenings and having coffee outside in the morning, 10 stars! Would definitely stay again, can't recommend enough.

Stunning location and accommodation. We were lucky enough to have the castle all to ourselves. Absolutely loved our stay. Wandered the property at dusk and soaked up the rural Irish countryside with a glass of wine in hand. I stayed in the Furlong room and loved the claw bath and fire, so relaxing and cosy. My father stayed upstairs in his own apartment and absolutely loved it. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for cooking an evening meal. Perfect for a stay out in the countryside. Taxi from Enniscorthy was quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

We stayed here back in March. It was a great location for us to visit family. This time, we explored the area, and it is a great base for touring the Southeast coast. We were in Berna's Cottage for nearly 2 weeks and from the moment we entered the cottage it felt like home. The Cottage is cosy and perfect in every way. Cathy and Paul are perfect hosts and give you the feeling of a warm welcome when you arrive. The view from breakfast/Diner room is stunning and nice to start your day with.(and ofcourse the rest of the day) Bunclody is a lovely town with all needed for all that visit Berna's Cottage.
