    This review is not for the town villa, but for an alternate property that they placed us in just before our arrival. The unit we were provided was brand new, and did have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but had very limited common area. the kitchen was very small with a 2-burner HOB and no oven (other than microwave). The unit was clean and adequate, but did not provide the space that we were looking for.

    We rented this villa for our parents, it was really charming, clean and cozy. The rock is close, as are shop, pharmacies and everything you might need. Kitchen was full of stuff and equipment. When we couldn't figure out the heating. The owner kindly agreed to come and help us.

    Fantastic stay! Joan is the perfect host. The house is a jewel in the luxuriant Tipperary countryside. The breakfast is excellent. Next time we'll stay longer. Just a little hint: don't trust google maps too much. Stay on the R691, the entrance to the estate is almost opposite the Ballinure National school, on the edge of the village and the name is only written on the pillars of the gate. Enjoy your stay there.

    Perfect stay, we were received like kings. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, they do everything to make their guests feel comfortable. The location has a direct view on The Rock of Cashel, in a quiet street but right next to all amenities (restaurants, pharmacy, pub...). Very nice village.
