The grounds of Borris House are like a movie set. The gardens, the horses and sheep really add to the charm. We stayed in double room and was ideal for our stay. The walk over Borris Viaduct through village was picturesque and lovely way to spend the afternoon.

Super host with a cute french accent, the accommodation it's 10/10 clean, spacious, beautiful with super attention to detail, very energy sustainable in the same time warm and friendly, a TRUE GEM!!! Quiet and calm you can have coffee outside in the garden while you smell the freshly roasted coffee in the morning .The rooms so chic and they smell so good. WOW SO IMPRESSED! Great size of house, spacious kitchen diner and bedrooms. Bonus was each bedroom had ensuite showers. Very clean overall, crisp white bed linen. Towels and were also provided. The view was beautiful from the main room, looking out over the river. Owner kept in contact before arrival, which was a great personalised touch.

We had the most fun and amazing stay at Matty's Pub Apartments and would totally recommend staying there. You would never meet a more friendlier bunch of local folk or a more welcoming and laid back host. It was made quite clear from the start that meals were not part of the package but were available if required close by.Matty certainly made our time in Royaloak very special.

The breakfast was fantastic! The room was very clean and was very confortable. The bed was very confortable and we slept very well. The owners of the Bed&Breakfast were very nice, very friendly. We will repeat !
