Quick and clear communication... and then you enter the house and are caught by its charm, the warmest welcome with delicacy and drinks (we felt very spoiled!). Each floor is spotlessly clean, well stocked and very quite charming. The bathrooms are comfortable and the kitchens (yes, there are 2 :) ) well stocked.
