There were other guests and people who live in villa as well, but there is more than enough space and privacy. The villa is few minutes away from the town centre. We parked on the street, just across the street. There is a bigger beach just 5 minutes away, if you want that as well. The location is an easy walk to the centre in 15 minutes downhill, and for back to the Villa you can call Ivan to pick you up in the electric Tuktuk. He gave us a map and gave us tips and tricks on how to get around Lovran. The nights are quiet and cool in the summer. Our balcony was overlooking the forest and you can see an occasional deer. We also had breakfast in the villa made by the host nd it was very delicious.
