The host, Stella is one of the reason I choosed this accommodation. After booking, before check-in, she was kindly communicating with me until we checked out. She is so kind, and our family were so impressed by welcoming treaties and farewell present. The accommodation is clean, has nice scenery view, has everything for luxury stay. Casa Oliva was a Dream and it felt just like being home. Host was waiting for us, very friendly and committed to helping us with everything we needed. The villa is very clean and we enjoyed everything, well organized and modern interior. We had all we needed in the kitchen, restrooms and cherry on top was the pool area, where we enjoyed dinners and late night drinks. Location is the biggest facility, since you are 10 minutes away to best beaches and restaurants. We are very selective about where we stay, so we definitely recommend it to anyone!

Great owner/host (Pedro) who makes sure you are settled in and have nothing to worry about. If you want traditional Greek hospitality, great service and a friendly chat with good tips and advice where to go or where not to go - you are in good hands at Pansion Filoxenia. Right from the start (no fuss when checking in, super fast check in) and a super friendly welcome, you feel you can settle in and relax. Private parking available and also.. my car had an alarm flagging all the time and I asked if Pedro could tell what it was, he instantly checked under the hood and also called the rental company for me, talked to them in Greek, and made sure that they were notified and up to date about this, to resolve it asap. Pedro is also the guy who you can have a chat with, if you’re up for it. At the same time, the accomodation was very nice and spacious. It was clean and had a good airco and sea view, wide balcony and also kitchen with oven and cooking facilties. The bathroom was also ok, and so was the bed. I would definitely return here, next time I visit Lefkada. Also, the west coast is underrated, I don’t know why everyone goes to the easy coast to spend most of the time there, in tourist traps like Nydri, because north-west and west and south are more interesting then the east coast. This pansion is in a very nice town, and many of the scenic beaches and interesting small towns are all on a very short distance driving. If you book a studio in this pansion, you’ll have privacy and a good stay, a great host and a great location. Also, Pedro mentioned the restaurant thay was 3 doors down, (almost next door) and it was indeed a very nice restaurant. The lady works hard and they catch fish with their own boat every day. There is a beautiful garden in the back, where you can sit down and enjoy a nice meal. Next time I come to Lefkas, I will book a stay at pansion Filoxena again and I will also return to the restaurant that is just 3 doors down the road. Loved it!

    Almost everything - the apartment was great, spacious and very functional with all the necessary facilities. Spotlessly clean, with AC&TV in all the rooms. Even some would dislike the location because is in the mountain village, but for us that was the main advantage. The weather there is much better during the night, fresher than downtown. Of course you need car to reach all the beaches, but strategically this is super location to explore the island. Nice and helpful hosts. All in all, we spent great week in Lefkada.

    The villa is amazing!!! Brand new, clean and equipped with everything you need. A quiet and peaceful place. The pool is wonderful and clean. Close to grocery store and cafe. 10 minutes from Lefkada town by car. The owner of the apartment was available for us for everything and was very nice. everything was perfect! I would love to go back there again.

    Really nice, modern, spacious and clean apartment in a good location. It is set back from the busy main road so it's nice and quiet. The village of Tsoukalades is very close in walking distance and it has a choice of tavernas, bakeries, cafes and mini markets. We actually spent half our evenings eating out there. Tsoukalades is a great location for exploring the beatiful beaches on the west side of the island while the main town is only a short 10 minute drive away.

    The location is very quiet. 4 taverns very close, markets, pharmacy, bakery nearby. Private parking place secured in the courtyard of villa. Cleaning every day and new towels. Bed comfortable. And the host, Miss Athena is absolutely fantastic and kind, helpful for any kind of request 😍

    Definitely the cleanest apartment I’ve ever been in Greece so far. The location is outside of the village, very peaceful, with beautiful and good maintained garden in front of the hotel. They provide room cleaning every day with new clean towels and bed sheets. The staff is kind and polite. Definitely coming back sometime in the future!
