The property is located in a total paradise. Right on the beach surrounded by palm trees. Our room was freshly painted and very spacious. We had a lovely sitting area with a couch and a coffee table where we could relax. There were power sockets for U.K., Europe and USB plugs in the room. It had good shower and spacious bathroom. We had a terrace with a sea view. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They cook lovely food and provided breakfast. Make sure you have enough money with you as there is no ATM in the village and the nearest one is faaaaar away. You can get fresh seafood dishes in the property and you can buy soft drinks and water there also. You can walk to the Sanyang village from here, takes a few mins and you can see their fish market and fishermen at work. Our stay was very relaxing, Osman made sure we had everything we needed and also called us taxi when we needed it. We felt very well looked after. We would definitely recommend this property.

Clean, homely, great value..........a wonderful stay. The hosts welcomed us with opened arms. The children enjoyed the pool every day, and we loved the location. Easy access around The Gambia via Coastal Road. We will be returning!

A peaceful place just 10 minutes from a quiet, beautiful beach. The place is run by Renate who is great to talk to and can advise you about onward travels as well as local life. The huts are clean and have a private bathroom, there is plenty of space to sit outside. Best of all is the breakfast in the morning with fruit, oats, bread, eggs and even cheese . I highly recommend this place.

Marong Na kordaa offers a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 5.8 km of Abuko Nature Reserve and 7.3 km of Bijolo Forest Reserve.

The place is lovely and very cosy. Truly felt like home away from home. The hosts Clinton and Charlie were wonderful, they went out of their way to make my stay memorable, even making for me scrambled eggs and toast as an evening snack. We liked everything about our stay here. The rooms are very spacious, with big beds, a hanging line for laundry, and the best local baobab juice at the bar. The main sights are at a walking distance of about 10-15 minutes, we felt very safe walking around the neighborhood, the complex itself is very safe. The best thing about our stay were definitely the owners. Jessica‘s honest smile greets you every time and just makes you happy to be back. And Paul goes beyond any reasonable expectation to make your stay perfect and safe. We are very grateful for everything they did for us and could not have wished for better hosts.
