We had the entire second floor ( 3 huge rooms, huge bathroom) with the terrace. Everything was clean and comfy. The bathroom had a shower with all the supplies you needed. One of the rooms had a sitting area where you could relax. From the terrace you can see the mountains in a sunny day and overlook the owners garden. We had breakfast and dinner on the terrace. The biggest and diverse meals we had in Georgia, with local and traditional foods prepared by the lady owner, Ia. She was very lovely and easy to communicate with and was able to prepare a gluten and lactose free meal. Oo and the best wine we had in Georgia, served with dinner, made by them in house. We could park the car in their yard.

The guestlady was extremely nice, even if she was not there on my first day, she made sure I had everything I needed. She helped me find a driver to get me around the Kakheti region for some wine tastings, and also made me breakfast and left me some wine in the evening. The guesthouse is just amazing, so rich in history, quite spacious and with a great terrace.

We loved everything about our stay! Beka the host made our weekend in Telavi area very special: very warm welcome, great recommendations for what to do around Would recommend to do wine tasting and dinner in the vineyard (even if not staying at the villa), truly exceptional experience: nice surroundings, and great wine and food Villa is located within the vineyard and chestnut trees, and you have stunning views over the Caucasus mountains.
