I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Aparthotel near Orbeliani Market in Tbilisi, Georgia, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable, situated just steps away from the vibrant market and old town. This made exploring the city a breeze, with easy access to local markets, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. The recent renovation was evident from the moment I stepped in. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the modern design provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor showcased a thoughtful approach to guest comfort. The staff at the Aparthotel were truly exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they were consistently polite, accommodating, and eager to assist with any queries or requests. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the entire experience. What truly sets this Aparthotel apart is the range of facilities available. Whether it was the well-equipped kitchenette for a quick meal or the comfortable laundry area for cleaning up your clothes and dry + iron them, every convenience was thoughtfully provided. Overall, my stay at this Aparthotel was nothing short of perfect. The combination of exceptional value for money, prime location, fresh renovations, and genuinely kind staff make it a top choice for anyone visiting Tbilisi. I wouldn't hesitate to return on my next trip.

A very good place in the city centre. The host is really helpful. It has a good share, an AC, a full kitchen, and comes with a private parking in the city centre. You need to contact the host to let you in for the first time, the gate is closed.

We stayed as a group of three friends, this apartment was perfect for a relaxing trip. Check-in: fully contactless, with clear step-by-step photo instructions from the host; everything was easy and smooth. Location: situated on Mtatsminda hill with a stunning panoramic view over Tbilisi. The view from the windows is a highlight, especially at sunrise and sunset. There's also a terrace which is great for an outdoor dinner or just enjoying the surroundings. The area is quiet and safe. Walking to the city is easy (downhill), but going back is uphill — we liked it, but taxis in Tbilisi are cheap and convenient if needed. Comfort: matches the photos and description. Clean, cozy, and stylish. Comfortable beds, private sleeping areas, good bathroom, and a compact kitchen with all essentials. Strong Wi-Fi. Quiet at night, nothing disturbs your sleep. Host: extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. We’re very grateful for the support and care. Summary: a great place for a family or group of friends. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

It was a comfortable stay in the heart of the old city just in front of the museum . Everything was in walking distance to explore and make as many trips as per one's preference. The owners were kind and accommodating, helping with any requests . And can't rave about the warm welcome we got from their beautiful loving dogs, paky and tuzik. Very friendly and should have their special mention.

    It's a nice apartment close to Liberty square. There are two bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds and sofa bed at living room/kitchen. All the equipment was standard for Tbilisi and good for our stay. You can use courtyard for free parking. There seems to be many short term rental apartments at this building but it was very quiet and peaceful all the time. Owner waited us in front of the house at the early morning.

    Appartement is spotless clean. The owner is always happy and open for help and gives a valuable recommendations for Simcard, Groceries,Taxi App Hairdryer and Iron vad in high quality. Door is so safe. Grocery is close and sales a village product which was perfect.

Owner is always present as she lives in the same building. It is located in the old city , nearby is grocery with village fruits and vegetables plus Georgian bread, hairdryer and iron are the best,All needs forfills of the owner shortly
