Lovely campsite with friendly horse, donkeys and very cute alpacas. Nice things for the kids to do on the site and lots to do in the area. the river is lovely, and there are really nice pubs to eat at in the village. Michelle and her daughter were so helpful and friendly. And the bell tents were great - really comfortable beds! Thanks for a great stay!!

Nice quiet location in a very small village. Easy access to the Broads and restaurants. Jane and Mark are excellent hosts and were very helpful with ideas of what to do and see in the area. The breakfasts were exceptional. Would stay here again.

The property was lovely. Clean, comfortable and well equipped (good kitchen equipment and washing machine). there was a good patio outside we used to ride bikes and kick football with the kids and could be even more enjoyable in warmers days. It was secluded, quiet and also walking distance from at least 3 good restaurants.

This was a perfect base for visiting family in North Walsham. The room was spotless with high quality furniture and linen and you can tell a lot of thought had been put into the décor to create a beautiful country feel. The breakfast was a lovely bonus.

The location is right on the beach. The beach is superb. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. The accomodation was first class. We loved being able to choose whether to self cater in the well stocked kitchenette or eat in the pub. The pub food was good. The sea bream was excellent and probably the best on the menu. The bonus of this place is that it is very dog friendly.
