The location was excellent. A bit tricky with the parking but we were lucky to park next to the property. The facility was very clean and there is everything you need for cooking. The extra covers was very helpful as it was cold when we arrived. Adele have provided some extras like coffee, tea, milk and welcome box which made us very happy. I would recommend this property with no doubt.

Great place, we felt at home there. Bay Lodge is just a short walk to the train station and downtown. Clare was a wonderful hostess - she lent us a forgotten phone charger, prepared huge food and drink packages for us on the day of our early departure. The breakfasts were homely and great. We really can only recommend it. It's easy to get anywhere from Penzance, either by bus or train. We were thrilled with the train trip to St Ives. We tried the Cork & Fork restaurant right in Penzance on recommendation. And we have to confirm that it is great :-).

Breakfast was superb, especially the berries. Everything you could want, and more. Breakfast omelette was sublime! Rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, with attention to detail at every turn. Hosts were super helpful and friendly, made us feel very welcome and at home.

The place is so cosy and welcoming, extremely comfortable, I didn’t want to get out of bed in the morning. The views are exceptional, the accommodation had everything I needed, I had such a lovely relaxing time away, bonus was the cream tea x 4!!     The location is excellent from where to discover Cornwall. The village is lovely and quiet with nice local pub just up the road. We have also enjoyed sauna and cold plunge tub experience that was kindly offered by the host for a small additional fee. We had such a relaxing time and hope to come back one day.

    Lovely old farmhouse with lots of character. Located in a peaceful rural location on a farm. 5 minute drive from st Just village. It was lovely seeing the animals close by in the fields and Bert the dog. There are amazing views, you can see for miles from the 2 double rooms. My son loved seeing the planes take off in the distance from the lands end airport. Very clean and spacious had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend

    Very clean, comfortable, well equipped holiday home in a lovely quiet village location. Just a few minutes drive to Penzance and with easy access to all area of West Cornwall. Kind and helpful hosts who live in adjacent property, always available for help and advice, but respectful of the privacy of their guests. Dedicated parking area with access to an electric socket for charging an electric car (for which I paid a very fair additional cost for the electricity consumed). Highly recommended.
