This is a great property for 2 couples with 2 double rooms each having an en-suite with good shower. The patio area that is accessible from both bedrooms was also a bonus. The location is perfect. less than 5 minutes walk to a bus stop that takes you into the centre of Oxford in about 10 minutes. Buses are very frequent. So much that we never had to wait for a bus as on both of our trips in and out of Oxford centre, there was always a bus just turning up. Local shops are great for any supplies (Waitrose, Co-op, Deli's etc.) with lots of places to eat.

A lovely, idyllic and tranquil place, a real hidden gem! We usually stay in hotels, but this B&B could be ranked between the 5 stars! Sitting on our balcony overlooking the gardens gave us the feeling of being home away from home. Our hostess made us feel so welcome, a lovely lady! My wife forgot her favourite raincoat and the lady shipped it over for us to Holland. Service with a smile from an unforgettable place!

We had a great room with plenty of room for our family of four. The hotell is good located, has a really nice garden where you can hang out in the evening or eat breakfast in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again next time I visit Oxford.
