Everything - this is absolutely the most perfect place with lovely homely touches in the room (biscuits, hot chocolate, teas, and fresh milk). The breakfast was outstanding and everything is clearly locally sourced. Everyone there is so helpful and accommodating, couldn’t recommend the place more. We can’t wait to return. The welcome, the warmth, the ambience were all so appreciated The grounds were an added bonus - this is such a special place for kids and dogs as well as adults. . The fairy garden was a treat. The dining room is a gem. Imagine going to stay in the grand country home of a distant relation, and coming home with a new best friend. Stuart and Suzannah have created an amazing sanctuary that embraces all comers. Thank you.

    This inconspicuous roadside hotel in a small village turned out to be one of the best hotels I've been to. I can't think of any flaws, it's just perfect. The room was good size, clean and comfortable, no facilities missing. Amazing food at the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast. The staff were super friendly. Our dog was also warmly welcomed and loved the place. 10/10, would book again.

    In a small village , not in Dingwall as the address says ,but that was fine as Not a lot to see in Dingwall. The owners have refurbished lovely clean rooms everything you need . Food was excellent .
