Our host Jean-Luc greeted us nicely and was super helpful and thorough in his introduction. He does not speak much English but is was no problem at all as he used google translate on his phone is very good way. There is free parking in the street outside the building and if there is not room a large free parking lot is nearby. Also, the room had everything we needed and was perfectly clean and with a nice interior. We hope he has room for us next time we visit Épernay.

What a beautiful place - extraordinary! It is equipped like I would like my apartment to be equipped and with so many love to details. Great bed and bed linen - a perfect sleep is guaranteed! Loved our stay here. Great room and swimming pool and exceptional champagne and breakfast. Celine is really helpful and friendly, very welcoming. Struggled to get a taxi to the Avenue de Champagne, but it was an easy drive.

Location is perfect to visit the champagne area. Quiet street with nice surroundings. Property is very spacious, clean and very well equipped. Beds are comfortable and we enjoyed the barbecue, having bikes available also a great plus! Sylvie the owner is super kind and friendly, she lives next door and is always available. Great value for the price, already for a couple and if you come with more people to use the second room, even more. We will definitely recommend this stay to our friends that want to visit the area.
