The breakfast was big and local products were used. The owner baked her own bread, which was very tasty. It doesn't feel like a hotel, it felt like visiting a friend. I liked that there are friendly cats on the premises. The owner was extremely kind and went out of her way to help me research the local Brethren church, as well as arrange meetings for me with people from the church, and her husband drove me to the neighbouring village to church when I didn't have anyone to drive me. I was very happy there, never lonely even though I travelled alone (the owner always had a kind word for me!), and am looking forward to going back and staying there again!

We had a wonderful experience staying in these apartments. They are conveniently located for traveling around the western and northern parts of the Faroe Islands. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, a cozy terrace with a view of the fjord, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a panoramic window. Owners are so welcoming! You can feel how they love their place and want you to love it too. It is a perfect and comfortable stay for two people, with all the necessities in the kitchen and laundry. Location is really good, don’t worry that it is a bit off the main attractions. It is not a big deal, but the road to the village is worth a turn. The owner said about their plans for further development — can’t wait to come back and see!

The apartment was a comfortable base for exploring Faroe Islands. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen spacious and well equipped. It was a safe haven we returned to with pleasure after a day of hiking. Gudny was always available to answer all our questions and his brother even replied from a fishing boat in the North Sea :) All in all, it was a very good experience. Thank you!
