The villa is very well appointed and in an excellent location. The bedrooms are comfortable and the en-suites are clean and spacious. The area around the pool and the rear patio is perfect for chilling out and having drinks with friends. There is a beautiful mulberry tree in the patio area that gives some welcome shade when you have had too much sun! There is an excellent supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away and some very good restaurants all within walking distance. The beach is superb and a lovely beach bar is less than 10 minutes walk away. The owner was very attentive and helpful. We had to change our plans a few times thanks to flights being cancelled and moved but Jaap was very understanding and went out of his way to help us out. We had two small children in our party and Jaap arranged for a fence to be put around the pool that worked very well.

The host was exceptionally conscientious. There were some issues when we checked in (that we later found out were beyond the control of the host). The host sorted it out immediately through a friend and then met us in person the following day to apologise.
