It's a fantastic place to stay! We will repeat as soon as possible. Amazing. So many little details in the room and also at breakfast. We enjoyed a lot our stay at Anitas Altstadtpension. Perfect stay. Great and clear communication with the Pansion before the arrival - all points cleared in timely and very positive manner. Place itself indeed very modern and comfortable for us with a dog -our flat (number 4) was on the ground floor, had all needed - cooking plate and enough kitchenware for all our needs. Room is great and spacy, all in very good order. Bathrom also very nice and roomy. Heating works just fine. Parking was great - back yard - full but we always had a space enough. As a small bonus - you can get some farmer products from the owners in the shop! A lot is build on trust there (drinks self service, food, products) - very nice feeling to be trusted and you always want to give the same back! Thank you Pansion Carlbauer! We will be happy to be back.

Peter is really nice, friendly, and helpful. He kindly helps us arrange everything for the extra people. We also feel like being home when staying in the house. Everything is clean and well furnished. We had a great time at the house. If we have chance we will definitely visit again.

The hostess was really nice and approachable, she greeted us when we arrived and explained everything. The accommodation was clean and cozy, great value for money! A bit away from Regensburg, but we were with our car so it was not an issue. Also, there is a bus stop right outside.
