The appartment is amazing, and evertything is so well designed! Plus the landlady was super helpful with everything, she even got us a fan after letting her know that it was extremely hot inside! The apartment was big, spaciuos, stylishly decorated and equipped with everything even more than you may need. Very comfortable beds ant pleasant beddings. We even got freshly baked rolls with various jams for breakfast. We loved so much! We could recommend it for couples or families with children.

Simply perfect. Very central, clean, and so well renovated. It felt like living in historical parts of Berlin,only without the noise (apart from the amazing bird life from the park which is right across the street)! All amenities are within walking distance, public transport can be walked to within minutes, and the house has a very welcoming, safe, and friendly atmosphere. I am from Kassel, and I can say that it is one of the nicest apartments I know.

    Villa Herkules is located in a quiet place, close to the Forest, which is nice for a small everyday walk. Moreover, it is close to the main streets, so we can quickly reach the other side of the city by car. The apartment is small but enough for a family with 2 children. The kitchen could be better equipped as we had some difficulty trying to cook there - I would say the kitchen is enough only to prepare breakfast. Everything was clean and well-decorated.
