The apartment was lovely, modern and clean and the location was superb. Many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. It is a quiet and beautiful town in a wine-growing region. The church bells that we heard right in the apartment were coming from a church behind the building and the sound was mesmerizing.

Everything was perfect. The setting couldn’t be more picturesque and the owners couldn’t be more friendly. The rooms were comfortable and modern, the breakfast area spacious and nicely decorated, the outside seating area just beautiful (like in Tuscany). Weisenheim is a small place but there are some nice restaurants in the village and cute little towns nearby. We particularly loved the beautifully prepared breakfast, the excellent wine, the generosity, the warm welcome and overall relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Perfect for families or groups, but also for couples looking for a few days away in a charming wine area. We will certainly go back there.

We travelled to the area for a weekend and had a perfect stay at the Klostergarten apartment. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a very comfy bed. Mrs Gaul was an amazing host! She welcomed us, even though we arrived past the check-in time and helped with all further requests. We felt very welcomed at the property. The area itself is beautiful, you are right across the street from the vineyards, where you can go for a walk. There are many shops nearby and the next town (Grünstad) is 5 minutes away by car.

    Space was large (kitchen/entry, living room, bathroom, bedroom) compared to a hotel room and very clean. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom, a complimentary bottle of wine, fruit, chocolates and their hosts children would always ask if they could bring down food on a daily basis (fruit salad, salad, cake, etc.). Internet speed was good. 20 min walk into Bad Durkheim village.
