Yes, especially in winter season there is a bit cold, but all you have to do against it is to click a few buttons and the room is immediately warmer. Same with the water. My accommodation was exactly like the pictures and was a delight to stay in. I highly recommend that you stay here! The one thing to note is that this is definitely a sleepy little village, and there are some evenings when both restaurants close very early or are not open at all.
