Our stay was exceptional. The staff was outstanding - always helpful and attentive without being intrusive. They provided everything we needed and were especially accommodating when we encountered accessibility challenges due to snow, offering alternatives and solutions. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and enjoying meals. The property included convenient parking. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed - they were available whenever we needed assistance but respected our privacy. We stayed with four people, two adults and two teens at the end of the holiday season. The guesthouse is very cozy, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is great and plentiful. Being able to ski to the bus stop leading to the Saas Fee cable car in the morning is very convenient. The owner Corina is kind and the welcome very warm. We will definitely be back.
