Everything was excellent, the staff was really friendly and accomodating. Even gave us keys to put our luggage in lockers when we checked out. The apartments were huge, the bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was also VERY comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, huge variety and attention to detail. Probably one of the best hotels I ever visited.

Absolutely splendid Swiss chalet style apartment really spacious and comfortable for 2 people. It has everything needed for the comfortable stay. Amazing apartment, very spacious, beautifully decorated and 15mins by foot from the center. Eva is nice, responsive and helpful. Check in and check out went smoothly. The apartament also has a pretty big terrace. Over all we are very happy and can say that 100% would stay here again. It looks better than in the pictures.

Very nice small studio, nicely fitted with new/modern furniture and well equipped with all necessary tools (all kitchen stuff, dishwasher, nespresso machine (with a few capsules offered), modern oven, toaster, etc.) Bathroom well fitted, hairdryer included etc. The studio itself is rather small but boasts a quite large terrace that can be enjoyed in good weather. As the studio is high uphill, the views on Zermatt are magnificent. Luckily we didn’t need to climb up with the skis and baggage, as we could use the elevator of a hotel next to the house. This was much appreciated. The owner explained the directions and the check-in very well on WhatsApp and she was very responsive in our communication. Overall, much recommended for two persons.
