Silvya is a very nice person, very helpful and has a lot of tips for you. The b&b is a 10 minute walk from Mattenhof station, which gives you an 8 minute train ride to Luzern. The b&b is clean, nice, anything you need, a simple but good breakfast. Silvya is very talkative and always asks about your day and if you need anything. You also get your own key to the frontdoor.

Everything! So cozy and elegant! Close to the historic city center - it can be reached by bus (there's a nearby station) or easily by foot (around 10 - 15 minutes), but this place is also quiet and relaxing! The stuff is really friendly and we felt welcomed. Breakfast is delicious.

Received a free upgrade to a room with an evening view of the sunset on the mountains. The room was huge! Bed was comfy and held multiple pillows. Robert was very conscientious and remembered our breakfast order every day. Easy transport into Luzern. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location, next to everything, and very clean apartment. It has everything I could need, I could even cook something easy in evening... They left guidance on everything, how to use the oven, the induction hob, dish washer... Very easy to find and use the keys and codes, really good and easy communication with Kobi team. And I was impressed that there was a festival just below my window, and I could barely hear the noise from the street if the windows were closed. I really have nothing to complain about my staying.

    It was wonderful! So personable! Every person of the staff treated everyone like family. Beautiful villa! Delicious breakfast! Comfortable beds! Great view! Awesome location, walking to everything. Bus station close by, couple minutes walk. The singing of various birds in the garden was incredible. We loved listening to them after we woke up. It felt like we were visiting an aunt. If we come back to Lucern, I know we would book this place again.

The villa is an exclusive area - just out the tourist-filled Lucerne but close enough to get to places and do everything you want to (20 mins on the 21 bus). Francesco and Sylvia were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Thank you so much

    Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with two separate bathrooms. Property is very good value for money (if you consider other prices in Switzerland ;-) ). Looks just like the pictures, even bigger. Quiet neighborhood, 10 min bus ride to Lucerne train station and city center. Less than one hour drive to Zurich airport. We will definitely book this apartment again next time as a base for further exploring Swiss towns and villages.
