I would like to give more than 10 points! It is a wonderful place, all brand new, beautiful. Fully functional kitchen with living room, balcony, big shower, very comfortable bed. Lots of light, many plugs, heating can be perfectly regulated. For summer there is air condition. The hotel is managed by a mother and her 2 daughters, perfectly combining all necessary expertise, being it IT, general management, practical advice, any kind of support or help needed. You have a question? They are there in the morning or reply any time of the day within minutes via WhatsApp. One feels perfectly taken care of but with all freedom one wants. A perfect situation. The house is located in a very calm street but within short walking distance to all major places to visit in Sofia, metro not far away, café next door, little shop with all daily necessities just opposite, big supermarket in 10min walking distance. Also easy to arrive from and to get to the airport. THE place to stay in Sofia! I will definitely come again!!

The best appartment I ever had ! We came here for a competition at Asics Arena right accross the park. The appartment was clean, and although not big, had been so well optimized that we had more than enough space and equipment than needed. The host was very quick to reply and efficient and very friendly. He speaks english well enough. There was a real thought put into lights to make everything bigger and into storage space. There's lots of shops around. It is not far from the mall and tram station to the city center. Perfect for 2 or 3 people ! I will definitely come back here next time !
