If you want to escape from city noises - this is the place. Perfectly quiet neighbourhood, a cosy little room and everything you need for a perfect stay. Breakfast is a real treat - delicious coffe, crusty bread and so much other food that we were not able to try all of it. And there is Annelore - the best host ever, who made us feel like at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the terrace. Waking up surrounded by greenery and tranquility felt like the perfect escape. We loved the peaceful area, and the owners were very kind. Sandra even gave us suggestions for nearby places to visit. At Boerderaaj they offered two breakfast options, and we went with the simple one. It was still generous in quantity and everything was fresh.

It’s incredible to stay in such a beautiful place. The character of the building, but not only! You can tell the owners put their heart into making this place as comfortable as possible for visitors. Not just a place to stay the night, but to take a break and rest. We were able to walk around the beautiful property, discover hidden treasures in the brocante and really feel at home away from home! Bonus? Never have we had such a delicious breakfast, prepared with love by the lovely owners!

    This was the best place we stayed on our week long cycle tour. There's a large garden with chairs and a hammock, and a swimming pool. And the alpaca pens at the back! The alpaca are very sweet and the host even let us help walk one round the village - gave us an excellent history tour too. Friendly dog too. Very hospitable and I hope we'll be back. close to the cycle routes too - I cycled into Maastricht with no problems.

    Very nice appartment for 4 in a village near Tongeren and Maastricht. Two bedrooms upstairs, each with a double bed (one with two mattresses so can probably be split?). Spacious grounds around, with Alpaca's and a big playground next to the accommodation. Great for kids. Very well equipped kitchen, free coffee/tea made available. Friendly and helpful owner
