Location, the service, the neatness, the hygiene, the care, the communication before arrival. All is perfect! They really have a sense of treating the customer like royalty. The owners are so kind and very down to earth. They know what this business is all about. I love the pictures projection in the restaurant, which shows you how this B&B came to be. The room was very stylishly decorated & comfortable. The entire property is interesting & historical. All the buildings are heated well & there is good security. The breakfasts were interesting with fresh fruit & bakery items. The hosts were very welcoming & answered all our questions about the local area. A wonderful place to stay.

Apartment was really modern, absolutely huge and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with an array of cookware, crockery, cutlery and an impressive selection of beer glasses. The senseo coffee machine was a god-send on a morning. Loads of power outlets including by the beds. Comfortable living area and TV with lots of channels (including some English). Shower very spacious, hot and powerful. Access to the apartment via the lift was very easy. Picking up the keys via the electronic opening garage was very easy. Be aware however that the small shop next door does not accept Mastercard or VISA (common in small businesses in Belgium) and only accepts cash or Bancontact. However there is a Delhaize supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away which is extremely well stocked & accepts all payments. Apartment is literally across the street from Zele railway station which offers connections to Brussels in less than an hour. The balcony was lovely to go out on with a beer in the sun & I loved the quirkiness of the eponymous Red Rabbit that adorns the balcony as well.
