Absolutely amazing place. Brand new apartment with all need facilities - full equipped kitchen, bathroom, full-size bedrooms. Perfectly clean - like brand new! The location is top - there is a bus stop for the ski area in front of the building. But there is also a place for parking and by car is 10 minutes drive to the Schladming ski area. We have great ski vacation and we hope we can come back very soon!

The apartman is amazing. It is very spacious modern and simple. The view to the mountine is beautiful. There is a tree with Xmas lights in front of the terrace , so it was really cosy time some days before Xmas. Kitchen is very good equipped, like at home. Coffee machine was really surprising for me, however I m not coffee addict. Key was in the safe box, it was difficult to open, but Franz helped us in 1 minute even we arrived at 8 pm. Wifi is perfect for working. Tv is giant. Bed was comfortable, pillows are not really for me, but could sleep with it :) We liked the spacious garage, it was comphy to catch the flat with luggage. We went to Walter- 2 min walk fm the house -for a dinner, where gluten free options are available. It is important for us. Food was excellent.

I'm back home after my stay at Resort Amadeus-Landhaus Amadeus, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by incredibly welcoming and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The warm reception included a delightful welcome drink, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. We, especially our little toddler enjoyed the stay. The accommodations at the resort exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable, but they also came equipped with a fully functional kitchen and a convenient dining table. This setup made it easy for me to prepare and enjoy meals in the comfort of my own room. The addition of a cozy sofa added to the homely ambiance, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast offered at the resort. The quality of the breakfast was top-notch, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The well-prepared and tasty breakfast provided a great start to each day of my stay. What stood out the most during my time at Resort Amadeus-Landhaus Amadeus was the overall feeling of being at home. The combination of the welcoming staff, the comfortable rooms with their home-like amenities, and the scrumptious breakfast made me feel like I was staying with friends or family rather than at a traditional resort. This sense of comfort and familiarity truly enhanced my entire experience. This was just a charming place in a beautiful Tivoli village. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we loved the wonderful breakfast that was included. As a bonus, the dinner at the restaurant was also very good.

Luxury and very cosy appartement. Well equipped kitchen and everything You need to feel comfortably. There is very good access to the highway, hovever the place is really quiet. Calm neinghbourhood of the small village and a nice walking opportunity for a short trip up and up.

This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Everything was great- kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms even the location, although it’s on the main road between villages, but we liked it.

A nice holiday house in the mountains, close to ski resorts. The accomodation is very nice and clean with comfy beds. We loved the sauna, which was a nice bonus after the whole day of skiing. You can't go wrong with this one :)

one of the best apartments I had stay … very modern clean very friendly owner ( my baby broke one plate and he don’t charge us anything) … the sounds of birds and river in the balcony something amazing.. the village near the apartment is super nice .. nice walking from the apartment … high recommended
