The landlord was very helpful and friendly. The appartment is close to Lienz and ski centers. It's in a very quiet village, but one shop is close by. The landlord told us about the forest baths, which are included in the price, but we'd have to come back in the summer. 🌞 Because of a mix-up we got an upgrade to a three- bedroom appartment in the same building and it was great! Full of little details, which made our stay very pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped, even mixer is there! It has a functional fireplace, which adds up to coziness. It was very clean, with clean sheets and towels. The beds are comfortable. We recommend it.

Very nice family hotel. I was impressed with their hard working and pleasant interactions. They were always ready to answers questions you might have as a visitor. This was a great apartment with an amazing view (Flat 1) from the veranda. We loved sitting there to read and eat and chat. We did some good walks in the area, and the house is well equipped with everything you need to cook and be very comfortable. It was so peaceful and comfortable. We were really pleased with this apartment and would be happy to stay again!
