A view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment itself is very clean and taken care of. Almost all the necessary things were there as well. The landlord is also very friendly.

The heritage building has been lovingly restored by its artist owners, with a beautiful and thoughtful interior. The rooms are calm, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is fresh delicious and bountiful and the service is extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is central and convenient. The rooms are very nice and Anush and her husband are very good hosts. We were welcomed very friendly. There is a menu in the room from which you can order a delicious dinner. Definitely recommended! The room was spacious and contained everything needed. Our best stay in Armenia!
