Gohar and Manuk's home cooked food was absolutely delicious and Manuk's wine and vodka are world class. In LiViTi, everything is real and wonderful, but the best thing are the hosts. The house is modern, very nice. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The guests could use shared kitchen and a large living room. Nice view from the terrace. The host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was gorgeous. We were recommended to have dinner at "gastrohouse", which was a great experience. Location is excellent, just a few kilometers from Noravank. Could recommend.

The place was easy to find and it had proper signage. It was exactly where the GPS pointed out. If you have not travelled in Armenia, you should know that this is a plus. The hosts were super kind. Although we arrived late at night, they were expecting us and had some local fruits and desserts in order to welcome us. The room had a proper temperature with aircondition and the shower was at the proper temperature as well. They renovating the place so the tavern was closed, but next time we hope to be able to eat there. The breakfast was huge, consisted of local treats. Jams, juice, tea, omelettes. I definitely suggest the place. It was one of the best stayings I had in Armenia and wish to visit again.

Everything was great, The hosts were amazing, the room comfortable and very clean. I arrived for the wine festival and the place is in the perfect location, just a short walk from the village centre. I only feel sorry for not being able to stay for the breakfast as I was in the rush, the sight was mouth-watering

This B&B is the home of an absolutely lovely family, who share their house with guests. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome. The hospitality is amazing, we had dinner together with the family with really good delicious Armenian food. It's a pity, that due to our plans we could only stay one night.

The garden was beautiful for picnics and the owners were so friendly, giving us fresh produce from their garden. It was very hot in summer but there was a fan for the bedroom which helped. Really nice spot to base yourself to explore the wine region
