What an awesome stay I had here. Marie the host is absolutely lovely and made me feel so, so welcome and at home. I was traveling solo and really appreciated all the little efforts to make my stay so nice. The room itself was immaculate with a beautiful, peaceful view, spacious balcony right on the water. It’s near to a nice nature reserve and the harbour from which I walked from to the accommodation in about 20 mins. She was so helpful with everything and assisted with car rental and recommendations. The air con works really well and to top it off there is option for dinner. She is a fantastic cook and I chose to stay in more than once for Marie’s home cooked food instead of going out as it was that good 😆 I don’t usually like to go back to the same places because I always like to experience new but I will definitely book here again if I come back to Seychelles. It is a good base for exploring the island, being so close to the harbour and with a bus stop right across the road. There is also a grocery store right over the road as well - very convenient. Highly recommend.

The place was well kept, with a lovely view of the ocean from the balconies and accessibility to the beach. The facilities were in working order and the manager was approachable and helpful.

Featuring a thatched roof, the large oceanfront restaurant provides a continental breakfast and Creole and international cuisine for dinner. Packed lunches are available on request. The Islander breakfast was nice; they also serve eggs in desired way, which makes the breakfasts nicer. Our room was spacious for a family with 2 grown kids. Dinners are also nice. By season, there were not many restaurant alternatives close by on the island, we tried to find a restaurant on the first night to see around a bit, and we could only find a pizza corner, which was 2-3 km away from the hotel. The other alternatives were further, but they usually take last order around 21:30, So it is better to dine in the hotel's restaurants to save time and effort. Their food prices are same with comparable alternatives. The hotel's location is good as it is close to many attractions and beaches of the island only if you rent a car.
