I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at a desert camp in the Merzouga Desert, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and the excitement of being in the heart of the desert. The camp is set up beautifully, with traditional Berber tents that are surprisingly comfortable, complete with cozy beds and all the essentials. The real highlight of the experience was the breathtaking sunset over the dunes, followed by a starlit sky that was unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. The dinner served was a delicious mix of traditional Moroccan dishes, and the staff was incredibly friendly, sharing stories and music around the campfire. The camel trek to the camp was an adventure in itself – a great way to experience the vastness of the desert. At the guest house, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. I think the most thing we liked wasn’t just the food, the pool and the good view but also how friendly and welcoming they were. It felt honestly like home, the location was perfect; close to stores and restaurant and more importantly right next to the astonished dunes of Merzouga

At the guest house, the units have a private bathroom. In the middle of the Ziz valley, just next to a nice river and a beautiful kasbah, this facility is perfect for those who travels between Fes and the desert. The place is managed by a berber family, who made our stay perfect: nice welcoming, amazing dinner and breakfast, and finally nice guided tour of the near ziz valley until the old kasbah. From the beautifully decorated rooms and the peaceful garden setting to the delicious food and genuine hospitality — everything is done with care and heart. The trip into the desert by camels was one of the best moments we had in Morocco. The luxury camp is very comfortable with all you need for a desert stay, Sunset and Sunrise with sandboarding over sand dunes it's worth it. Thanks for the evening music and tasty food!

A buffet, à la carte or continental breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. At the accommodation you will find a restaurant serving African and Moroccan cuisine. Vegetarian, halal and vegan options can also be requested. This is a great place to stay in Agoudal, El-habib is truly an excellent host. He cooked us a really delicious meal, one of the best we've had in our time in Morocco. He also made us feel welcome and gave us an insight into life in Agoudal. Overall we had a great experience here and we'd totally recommend it.

All units have a private bathroom, free toiletries and bed linen. The location is great. Just walk 10 minutes across the road and you will enter the desert. The owner offered a very reasonable price for us to ride camels into the desert to watch the sunset and enjoy the golden desert. It was beautiful. We also took the Merzouga 4X4 tour to enjoy the black desert, Berber villages, and African music.

The bed and breakfast provides garden views, an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. Food was great, staff was nice and helpful. There are a lot of camps but you don't really see them if you are on the camp.

All guest rooms at the accommodation feature air conditioning and a desk. Wow! What an amazing experience! Our stay was truly memorable, thanks to the wonderful staff and excellent facilities. The food was exceptional, making our group of 13 feel right at home. Initially as we were driving through the dark roads to what felt like the middle of nowhere, we had some concerns about choosing a place in a small village. However, upon our late-night arrival, we were warmly welcomed. We brought our dinner with us as we had enough of Tajine; they were extremely kind to provide us with fresh orange juice to accompany our meal. The next morning, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the palm oasis, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast - fresh avocados, salads, and traditional Moroccan dishes. We enjoyed hiking to the nearby mountains and exploring the beautiful palm groves. I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Khira (I hope I spelled that correctly), who went above and beyond during a challenging moment. When my daughter became ill during the night, Khira was incredibly helpful. She accompanied us to the hospital, assisted with translations, and supported us throughout the entire process, all while maintaining a positive and kind demeanor. The next morning, despite her long night, she was back to her regular routine. We are extremely grateful for her assistance. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in the area.
