The location was amazing, very quiet, beautiful scenery just what we were after, couldn't ask for better. Also the grounds are outstanding, a very pretty, secluded little gem.

The location is perfect for exploring Kelso and surroundings and Graham could not have been kinder and more helpful in giving us many tips and suggestions to make our holiday as special as possible. His breakfasts, including his Scottish Borders breakfast, were the best we had on our entire trip and we looked forward eagerly every morning to his delicious cooking and good coffee. I highly recommend Graham and Hilary‘s Bellevue Guest House!

It was exactly how you imagine a B&B to be. Cozy, clean, delicious food and very caring owners. The bathtub was an unexpected bonus. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.
